Hana is an extremely capable operations and office manager, who produces high quality work, her general approach is excellent as is her attention to detail. She is self-motivated and takes great pride in her role on behalf of the business; the impact she had on the execution of our office re-fit was significant (things are much more organised and run more smoothly). The London office is now, as a result of her time here, much more efficiently run. She is not afraid to confront issues, make judgments and subsequent decisions to ensure service levels change for the better.
