Our project management support covers an array of requirements, from moves and changes, fit-out and small refurbishment works to new office set-ups. Additionally, we can manage entire procurement processes and tendering exercises.
For office start-ups with up to ten staff, we offer a fixed-price package which covers:
- Advice and consultancy during the identification of office type/location etc.
- Logistics and assets such as furniture, fit-out
- Move in set-up and support
- Process and document implementation such as for Health & Safety if applicable, on-boarding procedures and welcome packs
- Liaison with your Landlord / Service Agent to ensure procedures are followed
- Set up of supplier and service relationships, negotiating terms and prices to ensure the best possible deal
- Other requirements, to be discussed during initial consultation.
- Prices start from £1,050.00 +VAT
We can work alongside existing staff as an extra pair of hands, take the lead role on projects or simply act as advisers to sound out ideas. We tailor our approach to your exact needs through the entire duration of the project.
